Scheduled Training Payment Terms

• Enrollment is by Credit Card or Company Check unless pre-approved. If paying by purchase order or government form please contact the course registrar.
• Enrollment is not guaranteed unless payment is received prior to start of training.

Course Changes & Cancellation Policy

• Courses/payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a program you may send a substitute or receive a course credit (less a $50 processing fee) toward a future program offered within one year. If you cancel within ten (10) business days before a program or fail to show up for the program you are liable for the entire course fee.
• If it is necessary to cancel a program or change program dates Crane Tech will attempt to contact you at least five (5) business days before the program start date. Please purchase airline tickets accordingly. Crane Tech will not be responsible for non-refundable travel fees. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Crane Tech reserves the right to change program dates without notice.
• Please check with the course registrar prior to making any airline or non-refundable reservations as courses may change due to unforeseen circumstances.


Discounts

• Enroll 2 and 3rd is FREE: For select programs, when you enroll two students in the same class for the same dates from the same company a third student’s tuition is free. Candidates who fail to show up for their free course may not move their attendance to any other course or date. Participants wanting Train-the-Trainer status with their free enrollment only pay the Train-the-Trainer fees.
• Refresher Training: Receive 50% off any refresher training within 24 months of completing a Crane Tech program or a competitor’s program of similar length. Documentation of such must be submitted prior to attendance.
• Discounts cannot be combined and are offered at the discretion of the course registrar.
