This hands-on course covers standard hitches, sling and hardware inspection, load weight estimation, and safe control of routine lifts. Students learn to recognize hazards, select the right rigging gear, and apply safe lifting practices in compliance with OSHA 1926.251 and ASME B30.9/B30.26. Participants earn qualification documentation confirming they can perform standard rigging operations safely and competently.
