Training format

This OSHA forklift training course is designed as a one-day program combining classroom instruction, instructor demonstrations, guided hands-on practice, and written + practical evaluations. Evaluations are conducted the same day, with immediate feedback provided.

Prerequisites

Participants must:

Be age 18 or older with a government-issued photo ID

Be able to comprehend English (verbal and written)

Materials included

Every participant receives a workbook, handouts, and evaluation forms to support learning and documentation. Successful operators are issued a certificate of completion, wallet card, and employer-ready records that document both training and evaluation.
